We also had a Catholic priest who participated. Furthermore he spoke in English for us Americans.

Claudia and I really wanted participation from our family and friends. Claudia came up with the idea of, instead of a ring bearer, that we'd have her brother and my sister present the rings. Good idea!

On a side note, it's traditional in Switzerland for the couple to choose a charity where the guests can make a donation. In the past I've worked with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, so we decided to take up a collection for them.

I really wasn't expecting that much. But when we came home from our honeymoon, we had a letter from the Swiss chapter thanking us for the 500 SFr that was collected.
